RETREAT 1: The Primary Series 16th – 20th August

5 days immersion in the Primary Series. To begin this 5 Day Journey we will review How Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Works by transcending attachments to our separate selves and first come together as one unlimited consciousness ….plus an introduction to the Breath of Life Pranayama.

RETREAT 2: The Intermediate Series 21st – 25th August

Nadi Shodhana, otherwise known as the Intermediate Series is a sequence of 27 poses that takes us on a journey cleansing the channels, so prana or energy can flow more freely thorugh the body, It is a direct continuation of the Primary Series, known as Yoga Chikitsa or Yoga Therapy ,Once the body and mind are are healed and ‘whole’ again, we are ready to go deeper. These 5 days are a chance to challenge ourselves: from deep back bends, multiple leg behind head movements and more inversions.

RETREAT 3: The Art of Adjustments 25th – 29th August

The subtle art of adjustments takes time and patience, lots of practice and of course humility. Learn how to move with different bodies, to listen with your fingers and understand how and why we need to adjust in the first place.
