We‘re here to help you commit to practicing, and support your yoga journey. Our 30 Days of Yoga is a great way to start – not just for beginners – its great for anyone keen to be motivated! Classes are 20 – 30 minutes, easy to fit into a busy schedule!

From Gentle Hatha Yoga to Restful and Restorative, Hot and Sweaty Vinyasa Flow, to Led Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series, there’s something for everyone!

How do I find a class for me?

 

Duration: Class lengths vary from 10 to 120 minutes – you choose.
Props: Some classes you’ll just need just a mat, others you might find a block, or a book helps, bolster, or a pillow, scarf or strap and for a few classes, a wall is helpful!
Difficulty: beginner | moderate | intermediate | advanced

Description:
Each class includes a detailed description to give you an idea of what to expect.  Search for a particular pose, or enjoy our recommendations based upon what you’ve already watched.  If you’re unsure where to start, try our 30 Days of Yoga.  As a member, you’ll also be invited to join our Private Members Group and share your journey and any questions / suggestions you have with others 🙂
